To Rehydrate:
Soak dried chef’s mix mushrooms in warm water for approximately 20 minutes or until tender. Strain soaking liquid through coffee filter to remove any sediment and give mushrooms a thorough rinse under cold running water to remove any other residue.
TIP: You can also use the water from soaking for other dishes or reduce the water for a more potent flavour in sauces or gravies.
